Submit a Local Health Department Practice

Why Submit?

  • Share success with your peers. MALPH Practice Exchange provides an opportunity for you to enhance the local public health field by sharing your successful program, challenges, lessons learned with your peers, as well as policy makers and public health advocates.
  • Contribute to successful program replication. The practice exchange helps facilitate peer to peer technical assistance to support program and policy replication and promotes collaborations across jurisdictions.
  • Get expert feedback from your peers offering suggestions to strengthen program and evaluation activities, and to move more emerging and promising programs towards a best practice.

Eligibility

All Michigan Local Health Departments are eligible to submit their program practice(s).

Submission Dates

MALPH will accept submissions year round. The submissions will be reviewed as they are submitted to ensure all the information necessary is included. Once a submission is finalized the document will be published onto the MALPH website to share and highlight local public health initiatives.
