The Health Fund seeks proposals for projects to improve access to high-quality, integrated mental health and substance use disorder care for Michigan residents to bridge health equity gaps, advance integrated care, increase cost-effectiveness, and strengthen the health workforce.
We are interested in projects that address our five priority areas:
- Implementation of innovative care delivery models
- Multisector responses to strengthen systems of care and support efficient entry to treatment
- Use of innovative technology
- Team-based approaches to care
- Behavioral health for children in the foster care system or who have been adopted
Concept papers, which are highly recommended, are due by email on March 2. Full proposals are due at 5 p.m. (ET) on April 13.
