EGrAMS (Electronic Grants Administration Management System- This is the tool for local health department management of contracts with MDHHS. Use of the whole system requires a password, but there are numerous pertinent documents available, without a password. For instance, by selecting “Current Grants”, “Comprehensive Agreement”, “CO-2023”, “Documents”, one can find the FY2023 LHD contract, along with instructions and other supplemental documents.
