School and Child Care Immunization Data
Summary reports by school building or childcare site that measure compliance with immunization requirements among children enrolled in kindergarten, seventh grade, childcare and new entrants to the school district. The reports do not include schools with less than 5 students. The reports are sorted by county and then district. Medical/Pediatric Offices AFIX Winners for 2016
Awards are given each year to medical offices that improve their levels of pediatric and/or adolescent immunization.  There are four categories

Category 1: Immunization providers that have pediatric patients (n>10) 24-36 months old with minimum of 90% coverage level for vaccine series: 4:3:1:3:3:1:4:2
Category 2: Immunization providers that have pediatric patients (n>10) 24-36 months old with minimum of 75% coverage level for 2015-2016 seasonal influenza
Category 3: Immunization providers that have adolescent patients (n>10) 13-18 years old with minimum of 90% coverage level for vaccine series: 1:3:2:3:2:1:3 (1Tdap, 3polio, 2MMR, 3HepB , 2 varicella, 1MCV, 3HPV)
Category 4: Immunization providers that have adolescent patients (n>10) 13-18 years old with minimum of 75% coverage level for 2015-2016 seasonal influenza

Medicare Flu Vaccination Rates
View weekly geographic trends in flu vaccination rates among Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries for every state, county, and zip code in the United States. Data are updated weekly starting in September each year. The map shows zip-code level data, but does not show trends over time. Instead the data represent the overall vaccination rates for the current and past flu seasons.
