9am-3:15pm
The Michigan Primary Care Association will have its annual Integrated health Conference in a virtual format on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 24-25, so mark your calendars.
The 2022 theme is "Reimagining Health Care: Inclusive, Informed, and Integrated," which is giving new life and energy to team-based care, creating a culture of equitable and just healthcare for all. Our call to action over the past few years has been clear; the future of healthcare is integrated. The pandemic functioned as a catalyst to rethink and redesign our healthcare systems to work for everyone. Team-based care is interconnected and interdependent. It has become a predominate model to provide accessible, high-quality care and meets the quadruple aims of improving patient experience, population health, reducing costs and increasing satisfaction of healthcare workforce.
The 2022 year is a time to rebuild stronger and more resilient care teams and systems that are better able to cope, respond and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
