2024 MDARD Food Law and Michigan Modified FDA Food Code Course Sessions

MDARD Food and Dairy Division is offering two session/location options for in-person MDARD Food Law and Michigan Modified FDA Food Code Course for new employees to the Food Program. There is no charge for this course and 12 contact hours are awarded.

Prerequisites: Prior to this class, LHD and MDARD attendees should complete the following:

•  Recommended ORA-University courses; and
•  Twenty-five joint inspections with their Standardized Trainer, and
•  Study Annexes 4 and 5 of the 2009 FDA Food Code.

Course Dates: This two-day in-person course will provide training of the Food Law and the 2009 Michigan Modified FDA Food Code. The two course sessions are:
