Leadership: Beyond Burnout
Feelings of burnout in the workplace have become increasingly common over the past two years. Dealing with COVID-19 difficulties and challenges has pushed many of us “beyond burnout” to the point of questioning our capacity and desire to persevere (“Is it worth it?”). These feelings have been amplified within the public health field, and especially for those in leadership roles.
This 4-part workshop series will address the immense emotions the pandemic has caused you and/or your team. Our presentations are designed to be short (15 minutes) but powerful, with an opportunity afterward for self-reflection and identification. As we turn yet another corner in the COVID-19 pandemic, this workshop will afford you the time and space to reflect on the past and look ahead with renewed hope for the future.
