•          Increase understanding of the patterns in poverty and how you can adjust your communication, programs and services to more effectively help those with limited resources.

•          Make the shift from bringing resources to individuals to helping people build resources to get out of poverty.

•          Learn and discuss how all the sectors of the community need to come together to make an impact on poverty and create a thriving community.
