This training will allow students to gain experience in outbreak investigations, problem-solve, and learn from peers across disciplines. This training is an updated, more challenging version of our previous student outbreak training offerings.

Audience: Students attending colleges and universities majoring in public health or related fields (associate, bachelor, graduate levels)
Learning Objectives
- Describe a systematic approach to outbreak management
- Discuss the next steps after identifying the pathogen responsible for the outbreak
- Identify strategies for communication and collaboration with site liaisons and interested parties
