Facilitating Collaboration: Equitable Public Health Practices
Relationship building and collective engagement are critical to successful multisector collaborations. This two-day workshop focuses on two facilitation models, the Group Development Model (GDM) and the Feedback Model (FM). These models build the foundation for inclusive teamwork and support participants in implementing public health programming grounded in authentic relationships and equitable team engagement. This workshop is open to all who lead, facilitate, or participate in teams.
This two-day interactive workshop provides opportunities to engage with others in exercises and dialogue to discover how to lead through facilitation while building a solid foundation for collective action in group activities.
