Succession planning is a key component of emergency planning and strategic planning. This discussion-based training will allow mid-level managers to gain a better understanding of succession planning and why it is needed in public health agencies. Through interactive activities and group discussions, participants will learn about the key steps in the planning process and potential ways to overcome barriers.
