9am-1pm
In a time when many local public health departments are wishing the communities they serve had a better understanding of what the local health department really does to serve the community, or when food/agriculture staff are looking to connect with the groups they serve, this half-day session looks at the relationship between entities and their stakeholders and customers – how it is established, maintained, and repaired when necessary. Just as companies use brand ambassadors to reach and influence key demographic audiences, this session offers ideas and strategies for considering your work through the lens of outcomes to better identify your broader value to specific key community audiences – as well as how to effectively reach them and draw their support, by serving as a brand ambassador for your agency. Please register by Tuesday, April 5th.
