MDARD Food Law and Michigan Modified FDA Food Code Course - 3 dates/locations

The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) is offering three location options for in-person MDARD Food Law and Michigan Modified FDA Food Code Course sessions for food program employees. Both new employees and those who would like to retake the course as a refresher are welcome to register. There is no charge for this course and 12 contact hours are awarded.

To register for the course please email blanchardr1@michigan.gov and indicate which session you would like to attend, along with your name and the department you work for.

The classes are from 9-4 each day, lunch on your own.
