Note:

Strong Roots Perinatal DBT is an integrated parenting and mental health group intervention for birthing people in the perinatal period. This approach is responsive to the unique needs of the perinatal period, focusing on mood regulation and coping skills that promote parents' mental health, peer support, parenting competence, and parent-child relationships. During this training, we will present the curriculum and provide participants with the opportunity to explore ways to successfully integrate the curriculum into their practice, in both group and individual settings. Please visit our website for more details on additional requirements for running a Strong Roots Perinatal DBT group.
