Mental Health in the Workplace: New 3-Part Webinar Series Format
The new year brings exciting changes and new initiatives to the Workplace Mental Health Campaign including a re-vamped webinar series.
In response to the positive feedback we’ve received, we’re introducing a new format for our webinars that will allow us to dive deeper into key topics and provide a richer, more detailed learning experience.
Webinars will now be done in a three-part series and each of the half-hour long sessions will be hosted by the same guest speaker. Sean Egan, LEO’s Deputy Director of Labor who leads the state’s workplace mental health initiative, will moderate each of the webinars.
Each webinar will focus on the same topic, but will expand each time to address following questions:
- What is the topic?
- Why is the topic important? How does this topic affect me, my business, or my employees?
- What do we do about it? What actions can be taken to help combat the issue in the workplace?
