MDHHS World TB Day

The MDHHS World TB Day Conference is an annual event where we update Michigan's healthcare community on advances in the field of TB prevention and control. It’s also a great time to network and gain access to TB resources. Both nursing and physician continuing education credits will be offered for this event. Registration is $50 per person.

 Discuss the incidence, etiology and types of chronic pain patients living with HIV, mental illness and/or substance abuse may experience
 Identify challenges in the management of physical, psychological and spiritual pain
 Describe strategies for initiating and managing long-term pain therapy

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Infant Mortality Advisory Council (IMAC) and the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (MI AIM) in partnership with national and local organizations invites you to a FREE statewide conference. The primary goal of this conference is to create synergy and align priorities between public and private organizations as well as provide educational opportunities that will allow members to keep abreast of the latest in the field.
