The Michigan Association for Local Public Health is committed to assisting Local Health Departments in providing high quality coordinated prevention and intervention services for the state's communities. In addition to Michigan Local Health Department's practices, national evidence-based public health resources are provided for public health employees to easily find and use the best evidence to develop and implement effective interventions, programs, and policies.
